Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Argos handles the personal data of people who visit argostrace.com or contact us through the site.

It does not cover the data the Argos platform processes for its customers in a project: that data is governed by the contract signed with each customer.

Data you send us. If you write to us to request a demo or to contact the team, we handle your name, your email address, your company and role if you provide them, and the content of your message.

Browsing data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate: page views, referrer, country, device type and browser. This tool does not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles.

Technical logs. The provider that hosts the site records data about each request, such as the IP address, for security and operational reasons.

• Answering your request and arranging a demo or a business conversation.
• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Keeping the site secure and running.
• Meeting legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it to third parties.

We handle your contact data because you give it to us voluntarily when you write to us, and browsing and security data because of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, to the extent the applicable law allows.

Only with providers that let us run the site and email, such as the hosting and analytics service (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider. They process the data under our instructions and their own security obligations.

We may disclose data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

Some of our providers may process data on servers located outside Chile, including the United States. We choose providers that apply reasonable security measures.

We keep contact messages for as long as the business conversation lasts or as needed to answer you, and then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Visit measurements are kept in aggregate form.

With the current configuration, the site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, in addition to the rights recognized by the applicable law, such as Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and, once it takes effect, Law No. 21,719.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page, with its update date.
