By using argostrace.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms only govern use of the website. Purchase and use of the Argos platform are governed by the specific contract signed with each customer.

The site offers general information about Argos, an operational intelligence software. Descriptions of capabilities express how the system is designed and are not a binding offer or a promise of results.

Examples, scenes and images are illustrative. The real scope of any implementation is defined in each project's contract, after a technical assessment, and depends on the available sources, their quality, their permissions and their coverage.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, technical or professional advice.

What Argos reports is an aid to human review and not a legal determination in itself. Whether a case file is accepted by a regulator or a court depends on each jurisdiction and is not guaranteed by the software.

The site's content, including texts, designs, images, the brand and the name Argos, belongs to Argos or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute it without prior authorization, except to share the site's link.

Some third-party components are governed by their own licenses. In particular, land-mining detection is built in part on the open Amazon Mining Watch model (Earth Genome, Amazon Conservation Association and Pulitzer Center Rainforest Investigations Network), published under a CC BY 4.0 license.

You agree to use the site lawfully. You may not:

• Interfere with its operation or try to access its systems without authorization.
• Extract content in bulk or through automated means without our permission.
• Use the site for unlawful activities or activities that harm others.

The site may link to third-party services. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be continuously available or error-free, and we may modify or suspend it at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Argos is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or for decisions made relying only on its general information.

This does not limit liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Writing to us or requesting a demo does not create a contractual relationship. Any business relationship requires a written agreement.

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page, with its update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Chile.
